Will my plan design change when it moves to Vestwell?

No. Your plan design, contribution rates, eligibility rules, and auto-enrollment settings all transfer over as-is. Any changes to plan design after migration would go through the standard Vestwell plan amendment process.

Will my employees’ investments be liquidated and moved as cash?

No. Your employees’ investments transfer in kind – their current funds stay invested and move as-is from Accrue to Vestwell, without being sold and repurchased. Investment elections are preserved.

Will my employees need to re-enroll or do anything during the transition?

Your employees don’t need to take any action during the blackout or migration period. After the blackout ends, they’ll receive their own invitation from Vestwell to create a saver account. Registration takes just a few minutes.

My employees can’t register for their Vestwell accounts. How do I help them?

Direct them to Vestwell Saver Support at help@vestwell.com or (917) 979-5358. The Saver Support team handles all employee/participant questions and account setup.
