How long do I have to complete registration once I receive the email?
Complete registration as soon as you can after receiving your invite, ideally before your blackout window ends. The sooner you complete it, the sooner you can manage contributions and plan details without interruption. Waiting too long could cause contribution delays that may result in compliance risks for your plan.
Can I use my existing Accrue 401k login on Vestwell?
No. You’ll need to create new Vestwell credentials using the registration link you receive. Your Accrue 401k username and password won’t work on the Vestwell platform.
Can I still access my Accrue portal after I register on Vestwell?
Yes, you’ll have read-only access to your Accrue 401k employer portal for 90 days after your plan’s transition date (90 days post-March 31 for Pilot plans; 90 days post-April 30 for all other tranches). After that, Accrue access ends and all plan management is on Vestwell.
Can I access my signed agreements after completing registration?
Yes. Log in to your employer portal, go to My Plan > Documents > Agreements and Sponsor Disclosures. All signed agreements are stored there permanently.
