Employee data and account balances will transition securely to Vestwell’s platform. We follow industry standards to protect employee data, exceed Department of Labor (DOL) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) guidelines, and regularly undergo System and Organization Controls (SOC) audits with regulatory bank department oversight. We are one of the few providers in our segment of the market to have our own trust company, which encompasses direct regulatory oversight and control.
