Your plan’s transition from Accrue 401k to Vestwell will take place between March 4 and May 6. To ensure accuracy and continuity, plans migrate in cohorts (groups) rather than all at once.
This phased approach allows our teams to provide high-touch support and carefully manage each plan’s transfer while minimizing risk.

- Your group assignment and key dates will be shared directly via email
- You’ll be notified before or during the week of March 2
Note: All plans must complete their transition by May 6 to ensure uninterrupted plan administration.

What Is a Blackout Period?
Each transition group includes a brief blackout period, during which certain plan transactions are temporarily paused so assets and data can be transferred securely.
During a blackout period:
- Contributions, distributions, and changes may be temporarily restricted
- Assets remain invested in the market
- Vestwell manages the transfer behind the scenes
