Help Center Icon in your Saver Portal

If you need additional assistance when navigating through your Vestwell saver portal, click on the question mark icon This is an image of a question mark icon on the bottom right-hand side of your screen.

This will open the Help Center pop-up window on the right side of the page. You can then ask the chatbot questions about your account. For example, you could ask, “How do I update my savings rate?” Click the arrow icon to send the question. 

The chatbot will answer your question and provide links to relevant Help Center articles. You may also ask follow-up questions for more clarification or additional information.

To leave the Help Center pop-up window altogether, click on the close button. 

How to Access the Help Center Through the Pop-Up Window 

If, for any reason, you are unable to find your desired answer from the chatbot, you can access the Help Center by opening up the chatbot window and selecting the Help Center button near the top of the chatbot. This will take you to the Help Center homepage, where you can find helpful articles and answers to frequently asked questions.
