How to Complete Digital Onboarding

Digital Onboarding Video Walkthrough

The Digital Onboarding experience is designed to collect the required information we need to set up your plan. The process consists of 4 steps:  

        1. Questionnaire 
        2. Payroll Setup
        3. Payment Setup
        4. Add Employees

Once you register and log in to your account, you will be directed to a page that says, “Let’s get this plan started!” 

Navigating to Digital Onboarding

In the first step, the "Questionnaire," you will add various company and plan information. Once you fill out this page, you may click the Submit button to continue the rest of the onboarding process. 

During Digital Onboarding, you can invite other administrative users. If you choose not to do so during Digital Onboarding, you can always add more admin team members through your employer portal.
