Selecting Your Plan Design Option

Through our website, you may identify your organization's best plan design option. By completing our survey, we will recommend a few plan design options that align with your retirement plan goals. Below is a guide to help you with the process:

  1. You should receive a registration link from a member of our team. Click the registration link to get started.
  2. Begin by providing us with some basic company information, such as:
    • EIN
    • Company Legal Name
    • Physical Address
  3. You will be asked specific questions, such as the name of the payroll system you use and how many employees you have. Additionally, you will be asked a few questions about your retirement goals and industry.
  4. Once you have completed the company questionnaire, select Submit.
    Note: You may save your progress at any time by clicking Save.
  5. You have reached the Plan Design section of our survey. On the “Eligibility & Loans” page, you will be prompted with a few questions about what rules you would like in place to govern employee eligibility.
  6. Once you have answered the required questions, select Save & Continue.
  7. You will now be on the “Plan Selection” page, which displays your plan design options. The 2-3 tiles on this page are recommended plan designs that Vestwell has identified as a match based on your company questionnaire information.
  8. Select the tile that best suits you and your organization’s needs. Each tile includes an overview of basic information for that plan design option to help inform your decision. Once you’ve made your selection, click Save & Continue.
