To access the “Reports” page, log in to your employer portal and navigate to the “Reports” tab. From the “Reports” page, you can view several different types of reports:

• Plan Executive Summary
• Contribution Report
• Deferrals & Eligibility Report
• Plan Roster Report
• Participant Balance Report
• Participant Loan Report

To view a specific report, select the report you would like to generate. For Plan Executive Summary, choose your reporting period, generate the report, and download the completed PDF.
