Type in your login email address and click Reset Password, and the system will send you an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't receive an email, don't forget to check your spam folder.
Tip: Your login email address is usually your work email; however, please use your updated email address if you have updated it upon registering.
If you are unsure of what email is associated with your Vestwell account or no longer have access to the email registered to your Vestwell account, please submit a ticket to us by emailing help@vestwell.com with your Employer's name, work email address, and the email address you would like associated on your account.
How To Unlock My Account?
If you find yourself locked out of your saver's account, this article will guide you through the steps to unlock your account.
Account Locked Error
When logging in to your Vestwell account with the wrong username or password for security purposes your account will get locked out after five failed attempts.
How Do I Unlock My Account?
There are two ways to unlock your account.
Selecting Reset Password Link
- From the 'Account Locked' screen, select the 'reset your password' option
- On the next screen, enter the email associated with your Vestwell account twice and click on 'Send Password Reset Link.'
- A reset password link will be sent to your email; select the link
- Lastly, you will be brought to the 'reset password screen. And set up your new password.
That's all! You can log back into your account.
Selecting Return To Login Link
- From the 'Account Locked' screen, select the 'Return to login' option
- On the next screen select the 'forgot your password' link
- This will bring you directly to the 'password reset' screen. Enter the email associated with your Vestwell account twice and click on 'Send Password Reset Link.'
- A reset password link will be sent to your email; select the link
- Lastly, you will be brought to the 'reset password' screen. And set up your new password.
That's all! Log back into your account.
