How to Edit Plan Design Information

During onboarding, you will be prompted to enter plan design information by selecting a given plan from the “Plans” tab in your portal. Once you’ve selected a specific plan and been taken to the plan’s page, you will see an Edit button under the “Design” tab. The Edit button allows you to enter or update plan specifications anytime until the plan’s effective date passes and the plan goes live. After that, all plan design changes must be submitted to us.

How to Edit Plan Design Information After Onboarding

  1. Log in to https://tpa.vestwell.com/ and navigate to the “Plans” tab.
  2. Select the Submit Amendment button.
  3. You will then be prompted to fill out a TPA Amendment Submission Form with plan information, including plan ID, plan name, effective date of amendment, plan design changes, and a document of the amendment(s). Click Submit Form once complete.

TPA support will review your completed TPA Amendment Submission Form, and plan updates will be made accordingly.
