How Do I Change or Reset My Password?

If you have forgotten your password, navigate to

  • Click Forgot Password?
  • Enter the email address that you used to register your Gradifi account.
  • Click Reset Password.

A password reset link will be sent from Gradifi if an account is associated with the email address you entered. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see an email. The password reset email will come from

Note: Your login email address is the one you entered during the registration and is often your personal email. 

Once you receive the password reset link, you will be prompted to select a new password and confirm the answers to the Security Questions set up during your registration. 

Gradifi Password Criteria:

  • Be at least ten characters long
  • Contain at least one number
  • Contain at least one uppercase letter
  • Contain at least one lowercase letter
  • Contain at least one special character

If you are unsure of what email is associated with your Gradifi account, no longer have access to the email registered to your Gradifi account, or are unable to confirm the answers to your security questions, please submit a ticket to us by emailing with your employer’s name and your work email address. Our support team will assist you with accessing your account. 

Profile Section 

Any changes that need to be made to your account’s email address and/or your current password can be made under the “Profile Settings” section by selecting Login Credentials
