My plan is relocating to a new location… What do I do?
Please email clientsuccess@vestwell.com with the following information:
- Will the plan keep its name or change entities? If there will be a change, provide your new FEIN & entity name.
- What is the last day of your current location?
- What is the first day/payroll at your new location?
- Are any employees moving with the relocation? If so, list the names of the employees.
- Please provide your new unit number, phone number, & address for enrollment material.
- Will you be using the same bank account for your new entity?
