How Do I Update the Address on My Plan?

My plan is relocating to a new location… What do I do?

Please email clientsuccess@vestwell.com with the following information:

  1. Will the plan keep its name or change entities? If there will be a change, provide your new FEIN & entity name.
  2. What is the last day of your current location? 
  3. What is the first day/payroll at your new location?
  4. Are any employees moving with the relocation? If so, list the names of the employees.
  5. Please provide your new unit number, phone number, & address for enrollment material.
  6. Will you be using the same bank account for your new entity?
