To reset your password through your advisor portal, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your advisor portal.
2. Click the icon in the upper right corner of your screen. From the dropdown menu, click the Login & Security button.
3. From the "Login & Security" page, select Reset Password.
4. You will be prompted to enter your current password. Then, click Send Reset Link and a link to reset your password will be sent to your login email.
Vestwell requires that each password meet the following criteria:
- Avoid context-specific words (e.g. username, email)
- Have at least ten characters
- Avoid obvious and simple English words
- Have at least 1 number
- Have at least one special character
- Avoid repetitive characters (e.g. aaaa,1234,aaaa4321)
Note: If you do not reset your password in time, you will be able to request a new password reset link.
