How Do I Change Account Information?

Active Employees

  1. To edit your personal information, log in to your Vestwell account: https://signin.vestwell.com/.

  2. Navigate to the "Profile" tab within your portal. From the profile screen, you may view both your personal and employment information.
  3. Select Edit under the personal information section. You may then update the following information:

    • Personal Email
    • Phone Number
    • Marital Status
  4. Once you have updated those fields, select Apply Changes.

Note: If the portal lists you as an active employee and you would like to make changes to your name, date of birth, employment status or address, you must contact your employer.

Terminated Employees

  1. To edit your personal information, log in to your Vestwell account: https://signin.vestwell.com/.
  2. Navigate to the "Profile" tab within your portal. From the profile screen, you may view both your personal and employment information.
  3. Select Edit under the personal information section. You may then update the following information:

    • Personal Email
    • Phone Number
    • Marital Status
    • Address Line 1
    • Address Line 2
    • City
    • State
    • Zip
  4. Once you have updated those fields, select Apply Changes.
Note: You cannot request a withdrawal or loan for 7 days after making changes to your email address. If you are a terminated employee who would like to make changes to your name or date of birth, you must contact our saver servicing team.
