If You Are Able to Log In to Your Portal
If you are able to log in to your portal, follow these steps to update your login email address:

- Log in to your portal.
- Click the shield icon in the top right-hand side of the screen. Then, click Login & Security.
- From the “Login & Security” page, you may update your login email address by selecting Change Login Email.
- Follow the steps that are prompted, and click Save when you are finished.

If You Are Unable to Log In to Your Portal
If you are unable to log in to your portal and you need to update your login email, please call 917-979-5358 between 9 am and 6 pm EST Monday through Friday. Our team will verify your information and work with you to restore your login information.
