Why Is the Student Loan Refinance Referral Service Not Available in My State?
At this time, the Student Loan Refinance Referral Service is offered through FinancialCore on the Gradifi platform to users in 28 states. This service is not available in select states due to licensing restrictions. Other components of FinancialCore, such as education and learning modules, will continue to be offered in all 50 states without new restrictions.
Participants who reside in states without this feature may explore alternative refinancing options outside of the Student Loan Refinance Referral Service provided by Gradifi, though Vestwell is unable to provide guidance on these alternatives.
