Preparing for Your Welcome Call With Vestwell

Your welcome call is a critical step in the onboarding process. You and your Vestwell Implementation Specialist will review the information requested in the Task Tracker and discuss the plan's onboarding process in detail. To properly prepare, please complete the following steps before your scheduled welcome call:

1. Register for the Employer Portal

Before your welcome call, please complete the registration process for Vestwell’s employer portal. Do so by clicking the registration link located in the welcome email Vestwell sent you. 

  • Note: If you are having trouble locating this email, search for the sender, info@notices.vestwell.com, in your spam and trash.

2. Complete the Onboarding Task Tracker

After you have registered, you will be directed to the "Task Tracker" page. The Task Tracker is designed to collect the required information we need to set up your plan.

Should you encounter any difficulties with completing the Task Tracker, or if you require assistance, please be assured that your dedicated Implementation Manager can provide the necessary support during the welcome call.

3. For Conversion Plans, Notify Your Current Provider

If you currently have a plan that you will be transferring to Vestwell, please notify your current provider that you are switching to Vestwell before the welcome call. 

Our goal is to get your plan up and running with Vestwell as soon as possible. In order to do so, we will need your engagement throughout the onboarding process. We are looking forward to working with you!
