During the transfer of assets, we will notify all participants that have balances in their retirement account (including terminated if provided), 30+ days before the effective date of the change and provide them enrollment instructions for their new accounts with Vestwell. It is crucial we are provided with the most up-to-date information for all employees - including email addresses.
Vestwell can transfer current participant contribution amounts/percentages from the prior provider if the information is submitted.
We will also notify all participants when the blackout period will begin, when the blackout period ends and when the plan assets will be liquidated.
Please note: The account balances will be rebalancing for up to 10 business days following the liquidation date and the total balances may not be immediately reflected in the Vestwell portal.
