To regain access to your Vestwell account, please submit a ticket to us by emailing help@vestwell.com with the following information:
- Employer's Name
- Your work email address
- The email you would like to update to
If you are a terminated employee:
To regain access to your Vestwell account, please submit a ticket by emailing help@vestwell.com with the following information:
- Employer's name that provided your retirement plan
- Your previous work email address
- The email you would like to update to
After your inquiry is received, our team will verify your information and work with you to restore your login information.
