Additionally, in your advisor portal, you may have noticed a question mark icon in the lower right-hand corner. This is the Help Center chatbot.
Click on the question mark icon to enter the Help Center pop-up window. From here, you can ask the chatbot questions relating to your plan or account and receive automated support.
