If you've forgotten the password to your Vestwell account, resetting your password is simple and straightforward.
Click here to reset your password.
Enter the email address associated with your Vestwell account and select Send Password Reset Link. You should receive an email that includes a link to reset your password. If you do not receive an email, don't forget to check your spam folder.
Note: Your login email address is usually your personal email; however, if you do not receive an email containing the password reset link, please check your work email address.
If you do not receive an email to any of your known email addresses, you may still need to register for your account. Learn more about how to register.
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Vestwell account or are unsure of which email address you used to register, please reach out to us directly at help@vestwell.com. You should include your employer's name, work email address, and the email address you would like designated to your account.
How Do I Unlock My Account?
For security purposes, after five failed attempts to log in to your Vestwell account, you may receive an error message that your account has been locked. There are two ways to unlock your account:
Selecting Reset Password
- Select the option to reset your password.
- In the "Password Reset" window, enter the email address associated with your Vestwell account and select Send Password Reset Link.
- A link to reset your password will be sent to your email.
Selecting Return To Login
- Select the option to Return to login.
- From the "Sign In" window, select Forgot your password?.
- In the "Password Reset" window, enter the email address associated with your Vestwell account and select Send Password Reset Link.
- A link to reset your password will be sent to your email.
